• Consumers all over the country have taken Cavalry Portfolio Services to Court for debt collection abuse and harassment and for other unfair and deceptive debt collection practices.
• A class action lawsuit was filed against Calvary Portfolio Services in a Minnesota federal court accusing the debt collection agency of sending false, misleading and unfair settlement letters to consumers in violation the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
